1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and cari2u ("Platform", "we", "us"). cari2u operates under an international licence and offers online gambling services including online slots, live casino, sports betting and fish shooting games, specifically for the Malaysian market.

Before registering an account or using any cari2u service, you are required to read, understand and agree to all provisions in this document. 3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account password is kept securely and not shared with any other party. cari2u will not ask for your password through any channel including email, live chat or phone calls. If you suspect that your password has been compromised or your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

cari2u supports a variety of payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum amount for a deposit is RM50 for all payment methods. The minimum amount for a withdrawal is RM100 for all payment methods. There is no set maximum for standard transactions, however large withdrawal requests may require additional verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cari2u offers a Welcome Bonus to new players making their first deposit. This bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM300.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your account balance to RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. If you deposit RM800, the maximum bonus is RM300, bringing the balance to RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses can only be credited to a verified account
• Each player is eligible for the Welcome Bonus once only
• cari2u reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time
• Bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering intended solely to meet wagering requirements, may result in the bonus being cancelled
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash

6. Game Rules

All games available on the cari2u platform are operated in accordance with their respective rules as set by the game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

In the event of a technical failure, internet connection disruption, or software fault that affects a game outcome, cari2u reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bets based on our server records. 8. Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your cari2u account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed in the usual manner. Bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by cari2u

cari2u reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the player has breached any part of these terms, engaged in illegal activity, provided false information during registration, or poses a potential legal or reputational risk to the platform.
